Fritz Kroeger, Ph. D.
Dr. Fritz Kroeger, vice president of cosulting company A.T. Kearney, one of the leading world companies for global top management consulting. During his 30 years of consulting career he led more than 400 projects of merger & acquisition, strategy and organisation in companies in Europe, North America and Asia. He is author and coauthor of several books: "The Value Growers", "Merger Endgames", "Stretch!", and "Wachen in Nischen". In 2004., Consulting Magazine included him on its list of “25 most influential consultants”.
Vinko Belak, Ph.D.
Vinko Belak, Ph.D. is a scientist who comes from practice. The first half of his working life he worked in various enterprises in sectors of construction, services and production. Before joining the Faculty of Economics in Split, where he is now employed, he worked at the Institute of Shipbuilding Industry Split as a researcher and Head of Department for economic research and development. That way he gained rich practical experience, which he later used in a merger of science and practices which confirmed through a number of projects in which he participate. In the second half of his working life prof. Vinko Belak works at the Faculty of Economics in Split but additionally, for many years lectures at graduate studies in Organization and Management and MBA from the Economics Faculty in Zagreb.

Dan Galai, Ph.D.
Dan Galai, Ph.D., is the Abe Gray Professor of Finance,  Business Administration at the Hebrew University and visiting professor on INSEAD and University of California, Los Angeles. In 2006 he was visiting professor on Stern University, NYU. He also teached on University of Chicago and Berkley in California. Dr. Galai got his Ph.d. on University of Chicago, and his graduate and masters degree on Hebrew University in Israel.

Anders Gustafsson
Anders Gustafsson is a professor of business administration in the Service Research Center at Karlstad University, Sweden. He has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, a Licentiate degree, a Ph. D. degree and a docent title all in the subject of Quality Management from Linköping University. Dr. Gustafsson teaches a variety of courses at different universities in Sweden and in different executive education programs nationally and internationally (Europe and Asia). He has also carried out a variety of national and international consulting projects for companies such as Ericsson, Volvo, Telia, and Daimler-Chrysler.

Andrzej Malinowski
Andrzej Malinowski – has a PHD in economic science from the Poznań University of Economics.
From 2001 he is president of the Confederation of Polish Employers – the largest and oldest of nationwide employers' federations in Poland, which represents more then 5000 companies, with approx. 2 million employees .
Andrzej Malinowski is acting vice-president of the Tripartite Commission for Socio-Economic Affairs.

Damir Čičak
Damir Čičak is consultant in AT Kearney office in Munchen. In the past few years, he specialized in projects in retail and consumer goods production, by working for leading clients in Southeast Europe.
At present, he is introducing the concept of Category Management for the leading regional retail chain.
His main areas are development of corporative and functional strategies, optimization of suppliers chains, reorganization and change management and programs for transformation and increase of efficiency.

Robert S. Kaplan

Robert Kaplan Robert S. Kaplan is Baker Foundation Professor at the Harvard Business School. Kaplan joined the HBS faculty in 1984 after spending 16 years on the faculty of the business school at Carnegie-Mellon University, where he served as Dean from 1977 to 1983. Kaplan received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T., and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University.
In 1994, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Stuttgart.

Hope Mandel has over 20 years of experience at ACNielsen, providing insights from retail measurement and consumer panel data to both manufacturers and retailers in the U.S.  She has been running Storewars globally for 6 years for manufacturers and retailers, as well as for ACNielsen associates. In addition, she conducts training seminars on using retail measurement and consumer panel information in decision-making worldwide. Douglas Holt
 DOUGLAS B. HOLT is L’Oreal Professor of Marketing  at  Oxford University. He previously held appointments at the  Harvard Business School, University of Illinois, and Penn  State.  He earned an AB from Stanford University, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School.  Before returning to the academy, he worked as a brand manager at the Clorox Company and the Dole Food Company.

Mirela Španjol Marković
After graduating in German language and phonetics from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, first practised rhetoric as a hobby and since 1991 started teaching public speaking professionally and organising public speaking schools. In 1995 she won a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service and began teaching at the University of Tubingen as a guest lecturer.

Dražen Kocijan, chief executive officer, Konzum
 
Dražen Kocijan is a chief executive officer in Trading division of Konzum company dealing with supply and category management, including assortment and price policy, and coordination of regional supply. He has been working in Konzum since 1997, and before that he obtained several managerial positions in supply, marketing and logistics. As a part of his job in Konzum he has coordinated several projects, including the project of category management implementation and the project of automatic control of assortment and prices. On category management projects, he cooperated with consulting companies McKinsey&Co., Droege&Co te Roland Berger.

He began his career in P&G as an area manager for Zagreb North and rapidly advanced through career, obtaining different managerial positions in P&G in Croatia, Slovakia, and Hungary (Area Manager Zagreb North, Unit Manager Croatia, Unit and Key Account Manager Croatia, Unit and Distributor Manager Croatia, General Manager and Board Assembly Member ESA Logistics in Slovakia). 
He studied at Cambridge University and graduated from Graduate School of Economics and Business in Zagreb.
At the moment he is living and working in Budapest, Hungary.

Jerry Singh is currently the Managing Partner, Category Management Inc, a consulting company located in Houston, Texas. He was Director of the Center for Retail Management, Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University during 2000-2001.
