ICPE provides high quality business training that can be held at the venue you choose.  In designing and conducting our business programmes we use highly sophisticated methodology (team competitions, mini-quizzes, video feedback, role play, discussions, business case analysis, etc) that ensures a high level of interaction of all the participants and enables learning and gaining new skills in an interesting and entertaining way. We are also able to conduct business training in fields not mentioned in our offer, as well as develop new programmes based on the clients’ needs. Our first step is a close analysis of your needs and specificities.

The clients have the option to decide when the training will take place, according to their schedule and workload. The training can be held in evenings or at weekends.

Methods
The training is organized in the form of workshops that are primarily oriented to experiential learning of the necessary skills. To ensure the highest possible work quality, the participants are divided into groups, containing maximally 16 people. Our workshops are characterised by dynamic, interactive work with plenty of exercises that enable our participants to directly experience and practice the use of necessary skills. Besides that, during training participants are constantly provided by feedback from the trainer. The training is conducted in pairs or groups of three or four, and participants are constantly encouraged to exchange their experiences with their colleagues.
