ICPE organizes open business seminars run by leading Croatian and regional experts in particular fields of business. The seminars provide high quality permanent education to different categories and types of employees in the fields of business psychology, management and economy. We pay special attention to the development of “soft” skills and knowledge such as business communication, management, relations with clients, selling skills, etc. However, at the same time we are trying to offer strictly specialized types of knowledge for particular professions. In conducting our business, programmes, instead of monotonous “ex cathedra” lectures, we use modern teaching techniques (team competition, mini-quizzes, video feedback, role play, discussions, business case analysis, etc.) which ensure a high level of interaction of all the participants and enables learning and gaining new skills in an interesting and entertaining way.
